first_img Flag Order Harrisburg, PA – Governor Tom Wolf has ordered all commonwealth flags on the Capitol Complex and at all commonwealth facilities in Adams County to fly at half-staff to honor Bryan Westfall.Bryan Westfall, a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation employee, died on Thursday, August 18, 2016, while performing his job duties.Flags shall be lowered to half-staff and remain lowered until sunset on Tuesday, August 23, 2016.
