Add onion and green chilli to it and again saute it. Once onions become translucent, add bell pepper to it. Now, add mutton and saute it nicely. Sprinkle all spices over it and mix it nicely. Add cooked tomato puree to it and let it cook for a while. Top it with chat masala, lemon juice and coriander leaf. For Bao Sieve the flour, mix all then ingredients and make a soft dough.
